Technical Studies AAS

Graduates are prepared to:

  • Upon completion of this program, students will be able to think critically by evaluation information analytically, using ideas and data in creative and innovative ways.
  • Upon completion of this program, students will be able to communicate effectively, expressing ideas and information in the mode most appropriate to the audience and situation.
  • Upon completion of this program, students will be able to demonstrate professionalism in and out of the classroom, meeting current organizational or industry standards for conduct, appearance, and teamwork.
  • Students will work with their advisor to develop additional program outcomes for their customized plan of study.

Because the program is customized to students' career objectives, the majority of the course requirements will differ for each plan.  However, students must have earned a high school diploma or high school equivalency and have a specified career objective before developing a plan with their advisor. The plan will include the following which will be customized to the student's career objectives.
